Acceptance

By accessing the AI Failure Mode Taxonomy Explorer ("the Explorer"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Explorer.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Bidirectional AI Failure Mode Taxonomy, all taxonomy content, and the Explorer interface are original works of Stahl Systems and Krystal Martinez. All rights reserved.

You may reference, cite, and link to this taxonomy in research, publications, and commercial work, provided attribution is given to Stahl Systems / Krystal Martinez. You may not reproduce the full taxonomy or substantial portions of it in competing products without prior written permission.

Research Use

The taxonomy is provided for informational and research purposes. It reflects empirical observations from a specific set of AI collaboration projects. It does not constitute a guarantee that all possible AI failure modes are represented, and it should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.

No Warranty
